We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Center Manager to oversee daily operations at our learning center. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and families while managing a team and maintaining a structured learning environment.
Our center helps students develop strong math and reading skills through a proven academic program. The Center Manager plays an essential role in ensuring the center runs smoothly and that students, parents, and staff have a positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during class hours
- Supervise and support instructors and graders
- Maintain an organized and efficient learning environment
- Communicate with parents regarding scheduling and student progress
- Assist with new student enrollments and placement testing
- Create systems and processes to improve organization and workflow
- Maintain student records and center supplies
- Assist with simple marketing tasks such as updating social media and promoting center activities
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Leadership or team management experience preferred
- Comfortable working with children and families
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools)
Preferred Experience
- Education, tutoring, or child development experience
- Office management or administrative experience
- Social media or marketing familiarity is a plus
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
