Central Admin Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented professional who loves keeping the gears of a business turning? We are looking for a Central Admin Coordinator to act as the vital link between our Billing, Contracts, and Commissions teams.

In this role, you won't just be "doing paperwork"—you’ll be ensuring our data is flawless, our customers are heard, and our internal teams have exactly what they need to succeed. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your organizational skills truly make an impact, we want to meet you.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

What You’ll Do (Essential Functions)

  • Data Command: Accurately enter and manage customer records, contracts, and invoices.
  • Process Management: Review service tasks and payment records for 100% accuracy.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Bridge the gap between Sales, Service, and Customer Relations by managing schedules and follow-ups.
  • Professional Communication: Be the professional voice for internal teams and external customers via phone and email.
  • Reporting & Financial Support: Assist with commission tracking, invoicing reports, and month-end closing tasks.
  • Contract Lifecycle: Maintain pricing updates and renewals to keep our records current.
  • Problem Solving: Partner with field technicians and advisors to resolve customer issues quickly.

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)

  • Experience: 2+ years in administration, billing, or sales support.
  • Education: High school diploma/GED required (Associate’s degree in Business or Accounting is a plus!).
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must. Experience with ServiceTitan (or similar platforms) will move you to the top of the list.
  • Attention to Detail: You’re the type of person who catches the typo everyone else missed.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with a solution-oriented attitude.
  • Drive: You are a self-starter who takes ownership of your desk and your results.

Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour
