Job Objective
Coordination of supplier quality development activities over complete product life cycle (PLC) to improve continuously supplier quality performance and fulfilment of customer specific requirements.
Description Of Main Tasks
- Development and control of supplier audit program and carrying out supplier assessment and validation audits (e.g. Review and assessment of manufacturing processes and HSE risks)
- Centralized surveillance of QE activities related of supplier advanced product quality planning (APQP) to meet quality and timing expectations for production part approval (PPAP)
- Management and coordination of supplier quality and capacity issues and driving improvement activities to mitigate risk of future failures, according corporate supplier escalation process
- Review and approval of supplier Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) submissions, according corporate release process ( RG checklist)
- Review and approval of deployment of criteria’s with multidisciplinary team to ensure supplier compliance to Customer and Carcoustics requirements (Quality Assurance Agreement, Material specifications…)
- Support to GPS related to new product, material or component to ensure that supplier quality meets the required standards & CSR.
- Reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for monitoring of supplier product quality and performance
- Development and control of IMS standards for SQD, considering best practice for Carcoustics
Additional Tasks
- Authority to set supplier on status "red" (NBH) in RSL if risk for Carcoustics or customer
- Support Central Quality within nominated specific projects
Skills & Competencies
- Degree in Engineering, Economics or similar
- 2nd party auditor qualification for VDA 6.3 latest version
- About 3-6-Years of professional experience in an industrial company within the automotive sector, in Quality area
- Organized and structured working style
- English language on B1-B2 level
- Local Language on B1 – B2
- Quality automotive core tools (APQP, CP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
