Central Station Dispatcher/Customer Service

A key component of the services we provide is our in-house Central Station Dispatch Customer Service team.

We have Full Time position openings for our 24/7 customer service/dispatch team. This position is overtime eligible, and may include shifts over the weekend. This role is required to be performed in-office. No remote work available.

Shifts available:

• Overnight: 10PM-6AM

The Role:
As a Call Center Dispatcher for Washington Alarm, you will be tasked with:

• Notifying customers and local authorities of alarms at remote locations
• Routing incoming calls to various internal and external departments
• Reading and analyzing call center reports
• Assisting customers and technicians in troubleshooting alarm systems

Minimum Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Deliver information in a calm and informative manner
• Call center experience is a plus
• Weekend availability
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Pass Pre-employment background check and Drug Screen
• Computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office products
