Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly responsible and detail-oriented Central Station Operators to join our security team. In this role, you will be the first line of defense in responding to alarm signals, handling emergency-related calls, and ensuring the safety of our customers. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, customer-focused, and able to quickly analyze and respond to security alerts.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound emergency calls related to burglar alarms, fire alarms, panic alarms, and other security concerns.
  • Monitor alarm signals and respond immediately with accuracy, following provided protocols.
  • Dispatch appropriate authorities when necessary.
  • Make outbound calls to verify alarms and notify responsible parties.
  • Accurately document all alarm responses within the alarm monitoring software.
  • Assist technicians and installers in verifying alarm signals.
  • Address security, fire, and life safety concerns with customers and alarm dealers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and directing calls.
  • Apply company policies and procedures to resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Process, update, and maintain customer records with accuracy.
  • Perform data entry tasks and assist with documentation and filing.
  • Support various administrative tasks as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
