Shift:- 7:00am-3:30pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Position Summary:
Facilitates the on-going purchasing, inventory management and loss control for resident-related supplies and equipment that supports the day-to-day care needs of residents for eliseo.
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- 1-2 years’ related experience in a health care facility preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitates coordination among departments & divisions of eliseo in delivery of services to residents.
- Oversees the development and on-going operations of ordering and inventory systems for facility-wide purchases of supplies, materials, and services.
- Assures the accuracy and timeliness of processing and approval of all orders and the delivery of all goods and services to the proper location within the facility.
- Develops, implements, and maintains a par level system to ensure optimum supply levels.
- Manages the development and on-going operations of computer-based inventory and utilization tracking system.
- Supports management with favorable negotiated pricing with vendors and monitors inventory, price, and trend forecasts for budgeting purposes.
- Maintains complete and accurate vendor files for accurate payments and verifies pricing reflects purchase orders.
- Reports purchase order data, when needed to government agencies as legally required.
- Input information in vendor software and scanning system to ensure appropriate charges are recorded.
- Monitors the condition, cleaning, and inventory of any supply-related equipment (O2), including the need for any repairs or replacement.
- Responds in a timely and professional manner to all supply, equipment, and vendor inquiries.
- Performs annual inventory to reconcile financial records for audit purposes.

Upon acceptance of an offer, candidates must be able to pass a drug screen, reference checks and background check prior to starting work with eliseo.
Upon first day of hire, all staff are required to provide documentation of influenza vaccination (Seasonally for Influenza). Additionally, all staff will undergo tuberculosis testing upon their first day and annually.

Pay: $23.17 - $26.07 per hour
