*Key Responsibilities*:

- Oversee day-to-day centre operations and administration

- Ensure academic quality and maintain high standards of service

- Manage staff scheduling, performance, and training

- Handle parent interaction, counselling, and centre enquiries

- Drive admissions, revenue growth, and centre profitability

- Ensure discipline and compliance with company policies

- Maintain centre infrastructure, safety, and hygiene standards

*Required Skills & Qualifications*:

- Graduate/PG in any discipline

- Minimum 5 to 7years of experience in centre management/education industry

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Ability to manage teams and handle parent/student concerns

- focus on admissions and operations

- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations

*Salary*:

50k & negotiable
