We are seeking an experienced and responsible Centre Head cum Admin to manage end-to-end centre operations and administrative functions. The role demands strong ownership, operational discipline, and the ability to independently handle daily centre activities while maintaining professional standards. This position combines centre management and administrative responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations, client coordination, vendor management, and facility upkeep.
Key Responsibilities -: Manage overall centre operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning Supervise centre cleanliness, hygiene, and facility maintenance Handle client coordination, visitor management, and service-related communication Manage petty cash, daily expenses, and basic financial records Maintain operational reports and documentation using Microsoft Office & MS Excel Coordinate and manage vendors for supplies, services, and maintenance work Monitor inventory, office supplies, and operational requirements Travel locally as required for official operational and administrative tasks Ensure compliance with internal processes and operational standards.
Eligibility & Experience -: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Operations and/or Administrative roles Prior experience in centre management, branch operations, office administration, or service operations preferred Strong working knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel Good communication, coordination, and people-management skills Ability to work independently with accountability and ownership.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
