We are inviting applications from experienced candidates for the position of “Centre Manager” to join our team. The potential candidate is expected to be energetic salesperson and background in teaching & sales within the education industry with proven track record of achieving monthly sales targets. You will play a crucial role in handing the complete Sales & Operations of the Center.
- Proven experience of handling Centre Sales, Operations, Academic & teaching role in the education or coaching industry.
- Strong understanding of the coaching and education sector, including familiarity with curriculum standards, teaching methodologies, and student assessment practices.
- Counsel students & parents on tutoring programs, career options, tests and foundation courses.
- Handling Sales and convert prospects into Enrolments & Meet weekly/monthly Enrollment targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate faculty and staff to deliver exceptional results.
- Manage marketing campaigns & organize seminars/Demo sessions for students and parents
- Co-ordinating between the teachers, Students & Parents for class schedules and mock tests
- Maintaining good academic quality across all courses and deliver results.
- Manage petty cash & recover unpaid fees on time
- Prepare and present reports to management.
- Candidates with Teaching Experience in the Education industry, such as Coaching Classes, Test Prep Institutions etc., are preferred.

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (Preferably B.E. B.Tech, M.Sc., MBA or Math/Science Major)
Salary & Incentive Plans: Fixed Salary and Excellent Sales incentive plans to right candidate
Required Work Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in educational institute
- Min 3 years marketing & student sales counselling experience
Key Skills:
- Candidates with Experience in the Education industry, such as Coaching Classes, Test Prep companies etc., are preferred.
- An aggressive sales mindset with positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in English with good communication and interpersonal skills.
