About the Role

We are seeking a CEO Analyst – Strategic Content & Governance to act as a core extension of the CEO Office. This role is responsible for transforming executive thinking into structured, high-quality outputs while strengthening governance, content standards, and strategic communication across the organization.

The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical ability, AI-enabled content creation skills, and governance discipline to support executive-level decision-making and execution clarity.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Content Development

• Translate CEO ideas into structured executive-ready documents (briefs, reports, presentations)
• Develop clear, concise, and high-quality strategic communication materials
• Support creation of DQ-wide narratives and leadership messaging

2. Editorial Governance

• Establish and maintain content standards, templates, and documentation frameworks
• Ensure consistency in tone, structure, and strategic messaging
• Drive content quality control across CEO Office outputs

3. AI-Enabled Content Execution

• Leverage AI tools to enhance speed, quality, and scalability of content production
• Optimize workflows for automated drafting, summarization, and refinement
• Continuously improve AI-assisted content generation processes

4. Research & Insights

• Conduct structured research on industry, business, and strategic topics
• Convert insights into actionable summaries and executive recommendations
• Support data-driven decision-making at CEO level

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in:

• Business Administration

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
