Responsibilities
  1. Assist the CEO in formulating, implementing, and carrying out the company's business development strategy and market development plan to achieve the company's business management goals;
  2. Assist the CEO in managing the company's various functional departments and coordinating inter-departmental collaboration;
  3. Responsible for communication and establishing good cooperative relationships with clients, partners, government agencies, and related social organizations;
  4. Under the leadership of the CEO, responsible for the arrangement, implementation, inspection, and supervision of the company's daily management work, and ensuring the implementation status;
  5. Supervise, inspect, and evaluate the project's entry preparation, implementation process, and audit settlement, and promptly propose rectification requirements for any problems found;
  6. Support the CEO's daily work and travel, and assist in interpreting and translating for receptions and meetings;
  7. Responsible for various tasks within the scope of responsibility and implementing other tasks assigned by the CEO.
Skills
  1. Fluent in Chineseand English, and both language can be used as working language;
  2. At least 3 years of experience in corporate management, with prior assistant experience preferred;
  3. Strong stress resistance, meticulous and self-disciplined, with the ability to solve complex problems, drive progress, and strong execution;
  4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a dedicated work ethic.
