Job Objectives
To provide high-level executive and strategic support to the CEO, ensuring seamless
operations, effective communication, and coordination across internal and external
stakeholders. This role requires a resilient and emotionally intelligent individual who can
thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure executive environment.
Responsibilities And Duties
Executive & Strategic Support

Provide direct, high-level support to the CEO, including managing sensitive and
confidential matters with integrity.

Act as a strategic support to the CEO, understanding priorities, business objectives,
and anticipating needs.

Prepare presentations, reports, and key documents for the upper management
meetings.
Calendar & Travel Management
-
Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule internal and external meetings, and
coordinate complex travel arrangements.

Prepare agendas, minutes, and action plans for executive meetings.
Internal Liaison & Communications
-
Serve as the communication bridge between the CEO and C-level executives,
department heads, and staff.

Draft, and manage emails, memos, and communications on behalf of the CEO.

Collect weekly status reports from C-levels, summarize key takeaways, and present
actionable items.
Project & Event Coordination
-
Assist in tracking and driving completion of key deliverables and projects.

Organize and execute high-level internal and external events with attention to detail.
Information & File Management

Maintain confidential files, records, and reports.

Ensure proper documentation of decisions, meeting notes, and sensitive
communications.
Personal Executive Tasks

Handle select personal and logistical tasks with professionalism, discretion, and care
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 Years Of Proven Experience Supporting Higher Managers.
Experience in the UAE market if preferred.
Female candidates are preferred for this role.

Technical Requirements

Knowledge of industry regulations, policies and procedures.
Language Requirements
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
