Qualifications:

University degree from top-tier schools, preferably in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics and Management

Experience in determining, measuring and reporting critical performance indicators on unit basis in project management

Minimum 2 years of experience in management & strategy consulting firms, M&A houses, Big4 companies, startups / scale-ups

Excellent command of English

Excellent skills to use MS Office Programs effectively, especially Excel and Powerpoint
-
Thinking analytically, prone to teamwork, working regularly and in an organized manner

Creative, curious, open to change & development and good communication skills

Open to research and learning new technologies and methodologies

Relationship management, planning and coordination skills are strong

Having strong reporting and analysis skills
Responsibilities:

Taking part in the formation of company strategy and focus areas, determining strategic goals and criteria, monitoring and encouraging the reduction of these plans to functions and individuals

Observing and following up the connection of company strategies with the company vision, monitoring the compliance of the decisions taken in the company with the strategic goals and projects
-
Presenting world trends, competitor and customer analysis to critical stakeholders within the company

Supporting the management of company strategies by planning strategy meetings, structuring the change agenda and strategy maps
-
Preparing decks, QBRs, investment memos and projections aligned with company strategy
-
Taking an active role in project and process development studies with the teams we support
-
Coordination and communication with critical business units in line with the company's strategic priorities, close monitoring of important / prioritized actions / issues
-
Periodic follow-up of the strategic targets within the company, guiding /encouraging / aligning the relevant parties in the process and action plans that need to be accelerated, making the necessary coordination and organization

Undertaking the coordination role in the inclusion of the necessary parties in the initiation of projects for strategic goals, transferring them to the relevant sponsor, monitoring the performance of the projects

Gathering and consolidating presentations / studies from relevant business units for the review and evaluation of strategic projects, creation and follow-up of discussion platforms needed

Commissioning the new process applications needed; development and increase productivity
