CEO Office Manager

Business Leaders is hiring for one of its clients in the dates manufacturing industry for the position of: CEO Office Manager / Personal Assistant
This role will directly support the CEO and act as a central coordination hub between executive leadership and all departments of the company and other stakeholders as well
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main liaison between the CEO and internal departments to ensure effective communication and follow-up
• Track and consolidate KPIs and operational performance reports for executive review
• Prepare executive summaries, presentations, meeting minutes, and action follow-ups
• Represent the CEO in selected meetings and external engagements when required
• Manage CEO calendar, travel, and confidential correspondence
• Oversee executive office administration and workflow alignment
• Maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders and partners
• Support corporate communication and branding initiatives
• Ensure confidentiality and proper documentation of executive materials
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 9 years of experience in executive secretarial or office management roles
• Experience supporting C-level executives
• Strong reporting, coordination, and follow-up skills
• Excellent English & Arabic communication skills
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial companies is preferred
