Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the CEO's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle and respond to emails professionally on behalf of the CEO.
- Maintain an efficient digital and physical filing system for document archiving.
- Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and follow-ups.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders.
- Ensure all pending tasks and deadlines are tracked and completed on time.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, invoice handling, and expense tracking.
- Provide personal assistance to the CEO when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good knowledge of document management and archiving systems.
- Very good English (written and spoken). Arabic is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
