We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to the CEO who will play a key role in supporting the CEO in daily operations, attending meetings, and assisting in business development and marketing initiatives.
This role goes beyond traditional administrative support. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic support partner, representing the CEO in meetings, helping manage business relationships, and contributing to marketing and growth activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Attend meetings with the CEO or represent the CEO when required
- Take meeting notes and ensure proper follow-ups with internal teams and external partners
- Assist in business development activities, including identifying opportunities and maintaining relationships with clients and partners
- Support the CEO in marketing strategy discussions and campaign planning
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and business documents
- Conduct research and market analysis when needed
- Manage email communication and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Maintain confidentiality in all company and executive matters
- Assist with organizing events, client meetings, and networking opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Marketing background is required
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Account Manager, or Business Development Coordinator is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to represent the CEO professionally in meetings and business interactions
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
