Yadavakulam Farmers Producer Company Ltd., an FPO promoted under NDDB Gujarat, is seeking a results-driven CEO (Sales & Marketing) to lead and enhance our operational efficiency, expand our market presence, and ensure sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening administration, improving sales performance, and providing effective services to our farmer members.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the company’s vision and strategic plans as approved by the Board of Directors.
• Expand the sales network by appointing sub-dealers and increasing the overall sales of cattle feed and related products.
• Organise training and awareness programmes to ensure active participation of shareholders and farmers.
• Facilitate access to government-aided financial schemes for farmers and shareholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Agriculture, Co-operative Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Must possess a two-wheeler.

Skills Required

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of agriculture value chains and government schemes.
• Ability to manage day-to-day operations and ensure member satisfaction.

Salary

₹24,000 + ₹2,000 Fuel Allowance
