Overview

Job Description

  • Handle and respond to calls, emails, and official inquiries received by the management office.

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate management meetings, including both physical and virtual sessions.

  • Manage and prioritize daily administrative tasks efficiently.

  • Follow up with team members on assigned tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion.

  • Prepare and record meeting minutes, approvals, circulars, and official instructions.

  • Compile, document, and submit reports to senior management as required.

  • Maintain proper archiving of electronic and hard-copy documents, messages, and records.

  • Receive, register, distribute, and track all internal and external correspondence.

  • Organize schedules, appointments, missions, and official programs.

  • Perform additional administrative duties assigned by supervisors within the scope of the role.


Job Requirements

  • Strong ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work activities effectively.

  • Professional attitude with appropriate social and workplace presentation.

  • Excellent communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills.

  • High sense of responsibility and confidentiality.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

  • Strong command of office correspondence and formal documentation.
