Role Overview
The CEO Secretary will provide high-level executive support to the CEO, ensuring smooth coordination of daily activities, efficient handling of communications, and proper documentation of all key matters. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and discretion skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information and work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, handling correspondence, calls, and scheduling.

Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare, edit, and organize reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.

Ensure proper documentation, filing, and tracking of confidential information.

Coordinate between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including board members, executives, clients, and government entities.

Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending actions.

Support in preparation for board meetings, investor meetings, and executive sessions.

Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.

Perform administrative and office management tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.

Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Secretary, preferably supporting C-level executives.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
