Ceramic Lab technician

• Construct high-quality ceramic restorations, including crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays, veneers, and implant restorations.
• Layer and contour ceramic materials over metal or zirconia substructures using proper firing techniques.
• Perform shade matching and characterization to achieve natural-looking esthetics.
• Use digital design software (e.g., CAD/CAM) and manual techniques to ensure precision and fit.
• Collaborate with dentists, prosthodontists, and other lab technicians to interpret prescriptions and clinical photos.
• Inspect restorations for defects and ensure they meet quality control standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Operate and maintain ceramic ovens, milling machines, and other lab equipment.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including infection control and PPE protocols
