Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and capable individual to take on the role of Sales and Business Development. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is eager to take ownership, build client relationships and explore market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients in India and abroad, especially in ceramics, automation, and related industries.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research and deliver impactful technical presentations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up to close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and installation.
- Provide pre-sales and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication.
- Represent Dynovo at industry events and trade shows.
- Support digital marketing activities, including LinkedIn and other online platforms.
Qualifications:
- B.E. or M.E. (Mechanical / Industrial / Electrical)
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing of technical products in manufacturing industries.
- Strong communication & teamwork.
- Proficiency in MS Office, BOM Reading, Quote preparation.
