Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and capable individual to take on the role of Sales and Business Development. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is eager to take ownership, build client relationships and explore market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients in India and abroad, especially in ceramics, automation, and related industries.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research and deliver impactful technical presentations.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up to close deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and installation.
  • Provide pre-sales and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication.
  • Represent Dynovo at industry events and trade shows.
  • Support digital marketing activities, including LinkedIn and other online platforms.

Qualifications:

  • B.E. or M.E. (Mechanical / Industrial / Electrical)
  • MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing of technical products in manufacturing industries.
  • Strong communication & teamwork.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, BOM Reading, Quote preparation.
  • Willingness to travel.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
