About the Role:
Our dental laboratory in Abu Dhabi is looking for a skilled Ceramist & Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in dental ceramics, aesthetic design, and high‑precision work. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate high‑quality ceramic restorations (crowns, veneers, bridges, etc.)
• Perform aesthetic layering, staining, and glazing
• Design restorations using digital and/or manual techniques
• Collaborate with technicians and dentists to achieve optimal results
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of cases

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a dental lab as a ceramist or designer
• Strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and aesthetics
• Skilled in ceramic layering, shading, and finishing
• Experience with digital design systems (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
• Portfolio or sample work is an advantage
