Cerologist

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cerologist to join our team. As a Cerologist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional aesthetic services that enhance the beauty and confidence of our clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in various beauty treatments, along with outstanding customer service skills to ensure a welcoming and satisfying experience for all clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of waxing services, including but not limited to body, facial, and bikini waxing, in accordance with client preferences.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-wax care to ensure optimal results.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, adhering to hygiene and sanitation protocols.
• Upsell products and additional services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Assist with front desk duties when needed, such as booking appointments and handling payments.
• Stay updated on the latest waxing techniques and products through continuous education and training.

Skills

• State licensure as an esthetician or cosmetologist (as required by law).
• Proven experience in waxing services preferred but not required (training may be provided for the right candidate).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to create a welcoming and comfortable client experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Commitment to maintaining a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Sales experience or a willingness to learn sales techniques is a plus.
