Certifed Medical Assistant/Receptionist

Compass of Hope is hiring a dependable, compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support Concord office. This is a great role for someone who enjoys patient care and supporting providers in a calm, structured outpatient setting. We are offering both a part time or full time opportunity for this role. Full time hours are:

Monday - Friday 8:30AM-5PM

Responsibilities

• Provide patient support in a behavioral health setting, including scheduling, answering phones, documenting, supply ordering, office inventory and upkeep

• Assist with prior authorizations and pending prescriptions for the provider(s)

• Assist with billing needs, client questions and record requests
• Any other task that supports general operations as assigned.

Requirements

• Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential

• Strong attention to detail and professionalism

• Reliable, calm, and patient-centered
