Join our Adult Intensive Services Division as a Certifications Case Manager and play a vital role in supporting adults with serious and persistent mental illness on their path to stability and independence. In this dynamic position, you’ll partner closely with our post-hospital and Hospital Liaison teams to coordinate care for clients certified for outpatient treatment, ensuring they remain engaged in services and compliant with court-ordered processes. You’ll serve as a critical bridge between clients, clinical teams, and the legal system—delivering and filing certification paperwork, supporting court petitions, managing documentation, and maintaining accurate tracking systems. This role offers a meaningful mix of office, remote, and community-based work, ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about client recovery. Schedule. This position will work Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, and is eligible for a hybrid model that allows for a mix of remote and in-office work, with an expectation of being in the office two days per week and working from home three days. Mondays and Fridays are in-office. Tuesday through Thursdays are remote or in the community. This schedule may be adjusted based on training, program, client, and community needs.
Salary for this role. The starting wage is based on experience and company equity. Paid bi-weekly.
Bilingual Language Differential Pay. Employees who successfully pass a language assessment are eligible to receive bilingual differential pay. This differential is provided as a fixed amount of $3,000 per calendar year, paid on a bi‑weekly basis across 26 pay periods, and prorated based on hire date and full‑time equivalency (FTE). Eligibility and payment are subject to the language requirements of the position and the employee’s demonstrated proficiency in the language.

Required Vaccination and TB Test.
AMHR has prioritized the health and safety of our clients and staff and requires all employees to receive an annual influenza (flu) shot and receive negative TB test results prior to their first day of hire. Proof of the flu shot and negative TB test will be required upon your first day of employment. Medical and religious exemptions may be requested.
