Certified Caregiver / MedTech – Night Shift (6PM–6AM)

Location: Tucson Assisted Living Retreat
Pay: $18–$21/hour • Full-Time & PRN Positions

Nighttime care is where safety meets serenity, and we’re looking for compassionate Certified Caregivers/MedTechs to join our dedicated overnight team.

Your Role

You’ll be the calm and capable presence overnight—providing compassionate care, ensuring resident safety, and maintaining peace and order throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor residents and respond promptly to needs or alerts.
• Assist with bedtime routines and nighttime care tasks.
• Administer medications accurately and document per policy.
• Provide reassurance and companionship when residents wake or feel anxious.
• Perform scheduled health and safety checks.
• Keep detailed notes and communicate important observations to day staff.
• Help maintain a peaceful, quiet environment for all residents.

What You Bring

• Current Arizona Certified Caregiver License
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Experience in assisted living or memory care preferred.
• A calm, dependable presence—especially in emergencies.
• Compassion, patience, and pride in providing excellent care.
