Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of healthcare professionals
- Assist with physical examinations and other medical procedures
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
- Perform basic medical tasks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical record systems such as PCC
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and medical equipment
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures

```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Must be a certified caregiver through the state of Arizona
- Previous experience in a hospital, assisted living, or caregiving setting is highly desirable
- Proficient in medical terminology and understanding of medical procedures
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems such as PCC is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
