Certified Crane Operator Supervisor

We are looking for a highly experienced Certified Crane Operator Supervisor to oversee crane operations on construction and industrial sites across the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure safe lifting operations, supervise crane operators and rigging teams, and maintain full compliance with UAE safety regulations and client standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily crane and lifting operations on site
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, OSHA standards, and company HSE policies
• Prepare, review, and approve lift plans and method statements
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and HSE teams
• Inspect cranes, lifting gears, and rigging equipment before operations
• Monitor operator performance and provide guidance and training
• Maintain records of lifts, inspections, and certifications
• Stop unsafe operations and report incidents immediately

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid Crane Operator Certification (CIC, LIC, or equivalent approved in UAE)
• Minimum 5–7 years of crane operation experience, with supervisory exposure
• Strong knowledge of UAE lifting regulations and HSE standards
• Experience working on construction, infrastructure, or oil & gas projects
• Ability to read load charts, lift plans, and technical drawings
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Physically fit and able to work in site conditions
• UAE Driving License (preferred)
