We are a high-touch, fee-for-service boutique dental practice in Royal Palm Beach specializing in full

mouth reconstruction, cosmetic dentistry, laser dentistry, and dental implants. Our focus is on

delivering an exceptional patient experience with a strong emphasis on quality, relationships, and

comprehensive care.

We are looking for a Dental Assistant who is not only clinically skilled, but also thrives in a patient-

Position Overview

This role goes beyond traditional assisting. We are seeking someone who can support both clinical

excellence and patient experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

 Assist doctor during advanced procedures (cosmetic, implant, full mouth reconstruction)

 Prepare and break down treatment rooms with attention to detail

 Ensure proper sterilization and infection control protocols

 Take digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and scans

 Support patient flow and maintain a calm, welcoming environment

 Educate patients on procedures and post-operative care

 Assist with case presentation and patient communication when needed

 Maintain organized clinical systems and supplies

Qualifications

 Dental assisting experience required (cosmetic/implant experience preferred)

 X-ray certification (Florida required)

 Familiarity with digital dentistry (scanners, imaging) is a plus

 Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Schedule

Full-time (Monday–Thursday, with occasional Fridays as needed)
