Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)

Glenwood Healthcare is seeking an experienced Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to join our dynamic team! As a key member of our nutrition services department, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, preparation, and service of delicious and nutritious meals to our residents. Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and direct the daily operations of the dietary department

• Supervise and train dietary staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation

• Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of our residents while accommodating special dietary requests and restrictions

• Manage inventory and ordering of food, supplies, and equipment

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Dietary Director

Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) Requirements:

• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification

• Minimum 2 years of experience in dietary management

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
