Certified Drug Screening Technician (Clean Drivers License)

Summary

We are seeking a Technician to join our team at No Drugs Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting drug and alcohol tests at our collection sites and providing exceptional service to our clients. Your work will play a crucial role in promoting safety and compliance within the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Conduct drug and alcohol testing at various collection sites.
• Ensure accurate documentation of test results and maintain confidentiality.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients during the testing process.
• Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies regarding testing procedures.
• Assist in training new staff members on testing protocols and procedures.
• Participate in scheduled in office or onsite collections when needed.
• Participate in emergency after-hours testing as needed which can occur at anytime.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Customer Service.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols accurately.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to receive guidance and training.
• Ability to clean and keep a clean workspace environment.
• Familiarity with drug and alcohol testing procedures is a plus.
• Reliable transportation- must be able to get to onsite locations at odd hours which include early mornings and late evenings. *********
• Ability to work after hour onsites and emergency onsites
