Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team in providing exceptional skincare and beauty services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in esthetics, with expertise in various treatments and a commitment to enhancing the overall client experience. You will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their beauty goals while promoting a welcoming and professional environment.

Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments, including facials, body waxing, and nail care.
• Administer esthetic laser treatments and dermal fillers as required.
• Provide hair styling services when necessary, ensuring clients leave feeling their best.
• Engage in upselling additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and front desk areas.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments, including color theory.
• Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend appropriate products.

Qualifications

• Valid esthetician license as required by state regulations.
• Experience in barbering, hair styling, or med spa services is a plus.
• Proficiency in esthetic laser treatment techniques and dermal fillers preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nail care practices and body waxing techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Previous experience at the front desk or in customer service roles is advantageous.
• A passion for beauty, skincare, and helping others feel confident in their appearance.
