Certified Female Pilates Instructor

We are seeking a passionate female instructor who is certified in Reformer Pilates. This full-time position offers approximately 30 hours per week of group classes with a competitive compensation package including base salary plus commission on private sessions.

Essential Requirements

• Reformer Pilates certification (required)
• STOTT PILATES® certification (preferable)
• Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)
• Arabic is a bonus
• Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred

Schedule

• 30 hours per week, 6 days per week
• Flexible scheduling including potential evenings and weekends

Compensation

• Competitive base salary
• Commission structure for private sessions
• Compensation details discussed during interview process and based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Teach group Reformer Pilates classes using Pilates principles and techniques
• Conduct private and semi-private Pilates sessions
• Assess client fitness levels and create individualized programs
• Provide proper form correction and modifications for all fitness levels
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Stay current with industry trends and continuing education
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment

Job requirements

• Pilates certification in Reformer & Mat (minimum) and Cadillac, Chair and Barrels (preferred)
• Strong understanding of anatomy, movement patterns, and injury prevention
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients of varying abilities
• Professional, punctual, and reliable
• Previous teaching experience of at least 1 year
