What We’re Looking For

• ACTIVE Florida Licensed CertGen (Certified General) Real Estate Appraiser
• Minimum 5 years of appraisal experience
• Proficiency in relevant appraisal software (Excel, CoStar, and others)
• Strong skills in report writing, data analysis, and communication

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough real estate appraisals by collecting and analyzing data to determine property values.
• Utilize quantitative research and financial analysis skills to prepare comprehensive reports.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and tax experience in appraisals.

Job Type: Contract
