Job Overview
We are seeking several caring, compassionate and reliable Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA). You will play a crucial role in assisting clients with personal care services, ensuring their overall well-being, and support their independence. Flexible schedules, part- and full-time is available.

Qualifications

• Active NJ CHHA certification required
• 1 year relevant experience
• CPR Certification
• Ability to pass background check
• Valid photo ID or Driver's License
• 1-Step PPD within the last year
• A commitment to providing compassionate and supportive care is essential for success in this role.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation & auto insurance (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Follow the care plan
• Provide companionship
• Assist with ADL & IADL
• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Shopping/errands
• Transportation to appointments and activities (preferred)
• Laundry and linen changes
• Home safety checks (removing trip hazards)
• Report client behavioral or physical changes
• Medication reminders
• Maintain log of activities
• Communicate with supervisor
• Attend orientation, training and staff meetings (paid)
