InHome Healthcare Services is currently hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide compassionate in-home care to patients throughout South Monterey County, including the Salinas to King City corridor.

Job Summary

The Home Health Aide (HHA) provides personal care and support services to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or clinical case manager. Care is provided according to the patient’s individualized Plan of Care to ensure comfort, safety, and quality of life.

Service Area

We are currently hiring HHAs who can cover areas including:

• Salinas
• Gonzales
• Soledad
• Greenfield
• King City
• Surrounding communities in South Monterey County

Schedule

Per Diem / PRN

Flexible scheduling — great opportunity for supplemental hours or additional income.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
• Assist patients with mobility and ambulation
• Support patients with light meal preparation and household tasks
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the clinical team
• Follow the patient’s Plan of Care
• Document services provided according to agency policy

Requirements

• Active California Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification
• Current CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Valid California Driver’s License
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving or home health experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
