Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)

ELDERLY SAVIOR HOMECARE is HIRING for Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) for the following counties/cities: Morris, Bergen, Essex, Passaic, Union, Hudson, and Middlesex.

Responsibilities:

• Help patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing and other daily tasks.
• Perform basic health care services for patients including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication.
• Observe and report on patient condition.
• Keep up with in-service training.

Requirements:

• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Have good personal hygiene.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR.
• Be a Certified Home Health Aide with the state of New Jersey.
• Previous experience required supporting individuals with disabilities, mental illnesses, or challenging behaviors.
• Must have a valid in-state driver’s license and provide current registration and insurance.
