Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) MUST SPEAK ENGLISH

Our Team – Home Health Aide Needed in Glen Rock, NJ or other surrounding servicing locations. CaliberHealth Plus is looking for compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide (HHAs) to provide quality care and support to client in the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Prepare and serve meals based on dietary plans
• Monitor and document vital signs as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe environment
• Support mobility needs and guide physical therapy exercises
• Follow personalized care plans and maintain clear, accurate records

Qualifications:

• HHA certification or prior experience in caregiving is preferred
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and care procedures
• Familiarity with dementia, memory care, and home-based care
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow care instructions
• Professionalism in handling confidential health information
• English speaking CHHA

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
