Certified HVAC Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for our community in DeLand,FL. This is a full-time position. Your duties will include all or some of the following;

• Assisting the Property Manager as requested.
• Working on-call as needed.
• Completing service requests.
• Proficient with plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Preparing apartments for occupancy, which includes painting, plumbing/electrical repairs.
• Upgrade/renovate apartments as needed, which includes the installation of new cabinetry, lighting, vinyl plank/tile flooring.
• General maintenance work (interior or exterior) as necessary at the property.
• MUST HAVE HVAC/EPA certification for consideration of employment.
• Must be proficient in HVAC troubleshooting and be able to make timely repairs.
• Must be proficient in appliance repairs.
