• Great with people - can communicate as well as deliver great service

• Good driving record and current valid license
• EPA Certified a must. NATE a plus!
• Qualify for state registration
• Must be able to install to code and company requirements.

• HVAC:
• 3+ years HVAC experience, EPA Universal, HVAC Certification

Salary: Sales Technician (Will receive percentage of tickets and equipment sales and per unit payment on maintenance)

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with EPA and safety standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigeration and air conditioning units.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to complete installations accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding service needs.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and installations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
