We are seeking ELA/Math Tutors for K-6 students identified as needing support.

Details:

• Location: St Gregory Catholic School
• Address: 3440 N 18th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85015
• Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday
• Time: 8:00 PM to 3:00 PM
• Start: March 17th, 2026
• Pay $35 per hour

Job Duties:

• Instruct students in a one-on-one or small-group format
• Maintain individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans provided for you by 1 to 1 Tutoring.
• Maintain consistent communication with company supervisors, classroom teachers, principals, and parents.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and educate students in a non-classroom setting
• Establish academic goals and milestones with students

​Qualifications:

• Arizona Teaching Certificate (Required)
• Degree (Required)
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (Required)
• Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with students
• Sufficient knowledge of core educational subjects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
