Duties

• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and comfort for every client
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable lash styles and lengths
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols to uphold health standards and client safety
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY
• Educate clients on aftercare routines and product recommendations to prolong lash wear
• Engage with clients via social media management to promote services, showcase transformations, and build loyalty

Skills

• Proven experience in eyelash extensions application and cosmetology certification
• Strong communication skills to understand client needs and provide personalized advice
• Knowledge of sanitation practices specific to lash extension procedures
• Familiarity with salon management software
• Ability to manage retail sales of lash care products and other beauty items effectively
• Experience with social media management for marketing and client engagement
• Additional skills such as hair extensions, body waxing, nail care, or makeup application are a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Basic understanding of color theory, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, or esthetic laser treatments is advantageous

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
