Certified Lash Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and energetic Lash and Brow technician to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beauty services, specializing in eyebrow shaping, microblading, and other facial enhancements, while also offering comprehensive makeup application and skincare treatments. Responsibilities

• Perform expert eyebrow shaping, eyelash extensions, and other brow artistry techniques to meet client expectations.
• Provide excellent guest services by understanding client needs, offering product demos, and upselling retail products effectively.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and sterilization procedures.
• Utilize social media management skills to promote services, showcase work, and engage with clients online.
• Assist at the front desk with check-in/check-out procedures and ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.
• Support team collaboration through effective communication skills and management of salon operations.

Experience

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification; experience in nail care preferred but not required
• Demonstrated knowledge of sanitation protocols within a beauty or spa setting.
• Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills to build lasting client relationships.
• Experience in retail sales, upselling products or services to enhance client satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Knowledge of body waxing techniques, hair threading, barbering skills including straight razor shaving, and deep tissue massage is advantageous.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
