Certified Lash Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detailed-oriented Lash Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess passion for beauty, expert-level precision, and strong interpersonal skills to provide tailored lash services, including fills and full sets, while maintaining high-sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Application & Artistry: Safely apply eyelash extensions (volume, classic, or hybrid) to clients' natural lashes, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
• Consultation: Evaluate clients’ natural lashes, discuss desired looks, and recommend appropriate lash lengths, styles, and curls.
• Maintenance & Care: Perform lash fills, maintenance, and safe removals without damaging natural lashes.
• Hygiene Standards: Maintain a sanitary workspace, strictly adhering to sterilization protocols for tools and equipment.
• Aftercare Education: Educate clients on proper aftercare to ensure longevity of lashes.
• Sales & Client Growth: Build client loyalty, sell retail products, and promote service upgrades or memberships.

Requirements

• Active state license in Cosmetology or Esthetics.
• Certified in Eyelash Extension application.
• Proven experience as a lash technician (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Salary is negotiable- open to hourly, commission or blended

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
