Certified Lash Technician

Experienced Lash Technician

We are a lash-focused studio located in DTLA and are currently looking for an experienced lash technician to join our team.

We are looking for someone who already has a foundation in eyelash extensions, is professional and reliable, and is interested in growing long-term within a team environment.

Responsibilities:

- Perform eyelash extension services (classic, hybrid, volume)

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

- Provide excellent client experience

- Assist with daily studio operations

Requirements:

- Valid California Esthetician or Cosmetology License

- Minimum 6 months–1 year experience with eyelash extensions

- Basic knowledge of classic, hybrid, and volume lash sets

- Good work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail

- Willingness to learn our styling techniques and studio standards

Training:

All technicians are required to complete additional training and skill refinement before taking clients independently. We are looking for candidates who already have lash experience and are open to improving their technique and learning our lash styles.

Compensation:

- Commission-based pay structure (not hourly)

- Estimated earnings typically range from $35–$50/hour including commissions and tips

- Percentage and training details will be discussed individually based on experience and skill level
