Certified Lash Technician - Treatment room rental

Treatment room rental - Eyelash Specialist - Lash Tech / Job Description: This position is an independent contractor position whereby all monies secured by the contractor remain with the contractor. The candidate will pay rental for the room.

Duties:
- Communicate with clients to determine their needs and preferences
- Provide a variety of services such as eyelash extensions, lifts, tints etc. makeup application if needed, product demos.
- Perform various eyelash applications and lash removal with precision and care
- Educate clients on proper aftercare for their eyelash extensions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
- Understand color theory to assist clients in selecting the best products for their skin tone

Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist
- Ability to work your own flexible hours including weekends and evenings per your schedule.
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members
- Attention to detail to ensure precise application of eyelash extensions
- Optional: Knowledge of deep tissue massage techniques, dermal fillers, makeup application, product demos, esthetic laser treatment.
- Ability to work while maintaining a positive attitude
