Certified Lash Technician/Esthetician

Job Overview
Academy of Advanced Cosmetics is seeking a talented, professional, and team-oriented Certified Lash Technician/Esthetician to join our growing beauty team. We are looking for someone with a strong existing skill set, a passion for the beauty industry, and a desire to continue growing in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality eyelash extension services with precision, safety, and professionalism
• Provide esthetic services such as facials, waxing, skincare treatments, and other beauty services as qualified
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming, luxury experience for every client
• Maintain sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with state regulations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and referrals
• Recommend retail products and services that fit clients’ needs
• Assist with booking, client communication, and maintaining accurate service records
• Contribute to team goals and collaborate in a positive group work environment
• Support business growth through professionalism, consistency, and strong client care
• Stay current on beauty trends, techniques, and continued education opportunities

Requirements

• Valid Esthetician or Cosmetology license
• Minimum of 2 years of lash experience required
• Must have proven clientele
• Strong lash skills and overall esthetic knowledge
• Must be comfortable working in a team-oriented, group setting
• Must be motivated to grow personally and professionally with the team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong time management skills and professionalism
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be located in or near the Atlanta/Roswell area
• Must be dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in additional esthetic services such as facials, waxing, brows, or advanced skincare
• Experience with social media promotion and client engagement
• Strong retail and rebooking skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team culture

Compensation

• Commission-based pay

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
