Certified Maintenance Technician EPAII

Job Summary
Bryant at Summerville is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in maintenance, ensuring that all equipment and systems operate efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance, complete work orders and assistance with vacant unit turns at Bryant at Summerville Apartment Community. (Painting, carpet cleaning and cleaning are contracted out.)
• Be able to utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders.
• Ensure timely completion of work orders to company policy and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively in English with team members and management regarding maintenance needs.

Experience

• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
• Experience with electrical and plumbing a plus.
• HVAC certification required.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
