Responsible for preparing, administering and charting oral, topical and suppository drugs. Performs pulse and blood pressure measurements and administers PRN drugs as directed. Assists with admission, discharge and transfer procedures. Completes documentation clearly and accurately in the Medication Administration Record, Controlled Substance and Destruction logs, Resident Records and Move N.

Full-time and Part-time 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm) including every other weekend

Salary: $19.50-$20.50/hr

• Additional $1/hr for active CNA license

Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Rotating weekends
