CMT Requirements:

• Must have a current Missouri CMT (Certified Medication Technician) certification

CMT Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and document per state and federal guidelines

• Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Promote social interaction and emotional well-being

• Maintain accurate medical records

• Supervise CNAs and assist with direct care as needed

• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all residents

• Assist with meal service and resident transport within the facility
